A 70,000 GSF abandoned movie theatre located on an 8.6-acre land parcel undergoing a gut renovation to be converted into a full-size supermarket in Brookyn. JAT Construction Group collaborated with a team of structural & demolition engineers to meticulously design the interior structural demolition of the theatre hence setting the stage for an interior build out for the supermarket. This project is currently in design phase for the new supermarket & JAT Construction is managing the pre-construction.

4-story religiously affiliated community building in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn with an area of worship on 1st floor with upper floors housing medical facilities, classrooms & living quarters. JAT Construction is the General Contractor for this project.

Ground-up construction of a 10-story 68,000 GSF commercial building in East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The building features 9 floors of Class A office spaces with retail opportunities on the 1st floor. The timeless brick façade of the building was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects & JAT Construction provided Owners Rep Services for this project.

This building comprises of a series of smaller projects including HVAC system upgrades, interior finishes, roofing upgrades & site/civil work. JAT Construction has not only maintained a robust affiliation with the courthouse but has also cemented its reputation as their preferred construction partner. Presently, JAT is advancing the courthouse's rooftop mechanical systems, ensuring that they are at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.

JAT Construction was hired on the project to manage & oversee the façade repairs for this 21-story condo building in Brooklyn, NY. The building is suffering from serious water infiltration issues & poor living conditions due to incorrectly installed façade elements. JAT assembled a team on the project with engineering expertise to develop & implement technical solutions to remedy the installation errors occurred during the façade install.

Built at the site of the Manhattan original Pearline Soap Company this boutique building has 7 loft style condos with 11-foot ceilings & over-sized living room with Hudson River views. JAT Construction provided its General Contracting services to bring this TriBeCa marvel to life.

Façade Restoration & Gut-renovation of a 120 plus year old landmark building in SoHo district of Manhattan. JAT Construction Group performed a meticulously planned demolition of the interior structure while retaining the original shell from the year 1900 in place & creating new rental apartment spaces across 4 floors with retail opportunities on the 1st floor.

Ground-up 14-story building in Gramercy Park, Manhattan with 54 luxury residences across 13-floors & retail opportunities on the 1st floor. The building’s mid-century modern façade is a nod to the historic fabric of the neighborhood while still leaning into modern NYC architecture. JAT Construction Group is providing General Contracting services for the project.

This 9-story neoclassical mixed-use building captures the essence of TriBeCa using elements like arches, bricks & terracotta. This industrial building was converted to loft style residences where each full floor is a residential unit. JAT Construction took up the challenging task of retaining the historical elements of the building while carefully carving the modern architectural look.

This was a multiple building lobby renovation project where JAT Construction used its self-performing capabilities to upgrade the interior finishes for the main lobby for 5 rental buildings in East Harlem. The scope included new flooring, mailbox rooms, painting & light fixtures.

This project is the interior fit-out for a drug rehabilitation center.
