Our Projects

  • 3 St Marks Place, NY, NY | Commercial

    3 St Marks Place, New York, NY- Ground-up construction of a 10-story 68,000 GSF commercial building in East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The building features 9 floors of Class A office spaces with retail opportunities on the 1st floor. The timeless brick façade of the building was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects & JAT Construction provided Owners Rep Services for this project.

  • 2784 Linden Blvd. Brooklyn, NY | Commercial

    A 70,000 GSF abandoned movie theatre located on an 8.6-acre land parcel undergoing a gut renovation to be converted into a full-size supermarket in Brookyn. JAT Construction Group collaborated with a team of structural & demolition engineers to meticulously design the interior structural demolition of the theatre hence setting the stage for an interior build out for the supermarket. This project is currently in design phase for the new supermarket & JAT Construction is managing the pre-construction.

  • 147 Spring St. NY, NY | Residential

    Façade Restoration & Gut-renovation of a 120 plus year old landmark building in SoHo district of Manhattan. JAT Construction Group performed a meticulously planned demolition of the interior structure while retaining the original shell from the year 1900 in place & creating new rental apartment spaces across 4 floors with retail opportunities on the 1st floor.
